Hello Everyone,

This November, I’ll be running the New York City Marathon with something far bigger than a finish line in mind.

I can’t believe it’s already the fourth year that I’m running for the Stew Leonard III Water Safety Foundation. This cause is part of who I am. I never learned how to swim as a child, and years later I had a near-miss in the water that changed the way I think about safety forever. 

The Foundation gives children what I never had - the chance to feel safe and confident in the water. Through swim lessons, lifeguard training, and water safety programs, lives are being saved and futures are being reshaped.

I’m asking for your support once again. Every donation, no matter the size, helps fund drowning prevention initiatives, including free or low-cost swimming lessons  to thousands of children and lifeguard training, enhancing water safety and saving lives.
